Artisan handcrafted soap made by men, for men
These days everywhere you look, you see the big soap brands trying to rebrand themselves with scents "for men". But after years of trying these collections, I grew tired of the board room contrived "scents for men" and the chemicals that came with them. They were an assault on my nose (and whomever I was close to), and they dried my skin out. Where was the soap for men like me? Someone who wants to avoid testosterone sucking chemicals. Someone who gets dirty. I just wanted a simple bar of soap that got me clean, smelled like it was for a dude, and was made right. None of the "natural" soap companies measured up. So if you want it done right, do it yourself. What started as a personal hobby became Malarky’s Soap Co.
I wanted to create a product that honored and embodied the term “Made in the USA”. I wanted it to be made by men, and made for men. Something that men can use regardless of what they got into and trust it will get the job done, like they do. I value being able to deliver quality products while making a soap that’s still affordable. I look forward to serving you in this capacity as we continue to explore new products that smell great and continuously outperform.
As a US Navy Veteran, my heart and soul is with the men and women in ugly places doing ugly things for ugly pay. The fight is far from over once they return home, and we owe it to them to take care of them in any way possible. That’s why Malarky’s has pledged to donate a portion of its quarterly profits to Mutts With a Mission (MWAM) based in Virginia Beach, VA. A non-profit organization that trains Service Dogs for disabled Veterans, First Responders, and Law Enforcement at no cost to the recipients.
